Enrollment Agreement

Upon enrolling with QuestAbroad, you agree to the following terms:
You consent to sharing your contact information with QuestAbroad and its affiliated partners. You may be contacted by Inspirus Education and its associates for education-related communications via email, telephone, and messages.
You acknowledge and accept that you may receive promotional emails or messages from Inspirus Education and its associated entities.

GST (Goods and Services Tax)

GST, at the prevailing applicable rates, is levied on all fees for our services. Use of Testimonials and Photographs:
Testimonials and photographs provided by you may be used for publication on websites and marketing materials, serving as references for prospective students.

Course Limitation

You are expected to limit your participation to the course(s) for which you have enrolled. Transfers between courses are generally not permitted and will be subject to the discretion of QuestAbroad's management.

Program Changes and Notifications

QuestAbroad reserves the right to modify or cancel any program, alter course fees, and change eligibility criteria without prior notice.

Holiday Closures and Timing Changes

QuestAbroad observes closures on all gazetted holidays. However, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes to our operating hours without advance notice.

Online Payment Refund & Cancellation Policy

All fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the number of sessions (classes and counseling) attended.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By utilizing our services and the portal, you (the user) are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. QuestAbroad reserves the right to amend, delete, modify, or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We advise users to review these terms and conditions each time they access the portal. All products, services, and information displayed on the application portal are considered an "invitation to offer." QuestAbroad retains the right to accept or reject any offer made.
